Take the time to write them down and in a way that states them as if they are already true.
Read them out loud every day at least once! Declare them as truth whenever you don't feel like sticking to the game plan.
Post this sheet somewhere you will see it often (ie. your fridge).
This technique has been shown to profoundly increase your odds of achieving these goals. Just think about how happy you will be and fun you’ll have when you get to experience the result of all your discipline and effort.
