Do something that you love to do! Now this could be sitting on your butt all day or something a little more active, like going for a walk, hike, pick-up game of something with friends or your kids. It’s a chance for your body to recover from your training (which is crucial by the way) and allow you to take the time to do something you love to do. Something that fills your tank up! And, guilt free because it’s all part of the master plan. The balance of actively stressing your body through activity/exercise and then allowing enough rest time to recover is a balance that is a lot of times off… with not enough rest allowed, leading to overuse conditions and breakdown of the tissue. Let’s chat about this…
